This is where we are and where we are going. No launch dates — we will not promise what we cannot guarantee. What we will do is tell you exactly what phase we are in and what comes next.
Core virtualization, networking, and backend services built on hardware we own outright, and cold-reboot-verified — our bar for calling anything done. Multi-node clustering and distributed storage are designed and sequenced as the platform scales; network segmentation is already locked and reboot-persistent today.
End-to-end encrypted messaging live using the Signal Protocol, confirmed device to device. Push notifications fully self-hosted — no Google Firebase anywhere in the chain. Sealed sender is in final implementation now, closing out this phase. Voice calling signaling architecture is locked; build begins once messaging hardening is done.
Closed beta. Waitlist invites sent in order as real-device connectivity and voice calling are validated. Real users, real feedback. No public access yet.
Open access. The waitlist gate comes down — no application, no invitation required to join. Non-profits, journalists, and activists get guaranteed free access, unconditionally — a permanent commitment, not a launch promotion. Pricing for general individual use is addressed in Phase 05.
Commercial and organisational tiers introduced to help fund the infrastructure. No advertising, no data selling — that does not move regardless of what the pricing model ends up being. Pricing for individual, non-commercial use is decided separately as the platform's economics become clear; non-profits, journalists, and activists keep guaranteed free access either way.
We update this page when phases change. If something takes longer than expected, we will say so here. We do not hide delays behind vague language.
Waitlist invites go out in order as each phase clears. We reach you when your spot opens.
